[01] THE METHOD / SARGA BODYWORK®

Why barefoot beats hands. Every time.

Why barefoot reaches what hands can't, how more pressure hurts less, and why the results actually last. Here's exactly how it works.

[02] - THE PROBLEM

Your massages have been too soft to matter, or too rough to enjoy.

The spa massage feels okay for an hour and changes nothing. The "deep tissue" has you clenching and bracing the whole time. Neither one actually feels good, and neither one lasts.

This is the third thing: deep enough to reach what's wrong, controlled enough that you relax into it instead of gritting through it. That changes everything.

WHAT IT IS

We don't “walk” on you.

People hear "barefoot" and picture someone two-stepping up and down your back. This is the opposite: slow, anchored, anatomy-led work.

It's a patented method called Sarga Bodywork®, barefoot myofascial work grounded in modern fascia science. A silk anchored to the table lets me drive controlled, full-bodyweight pressure through the soles of my feet, far deeper than hands can go, without ever losing control.

The how, and why it lasts, is below.

[ 04 ] THE INSTRUMENT

A thumb wears out in minutes and an elbow only knows one shape. The foot covers more tissue than a hand and never tires the same way.

Every part of the foot does a different job. The whole broad surface for soothing passes. The arch fits perfectly over muscle bellies. The heel brings depth and harder pressure.

Then the edges of these parts go to work: the inner edge of the heel and the outside edge of the foot get under tension like a crowbar.

One foot, a dozen tools.

The forefoot rakes through fascial layers like padded knuckles with better pressure.

And the ball of the foot and big toe? That's your precision tool, for the tension that likes to hide deep in your shoulder blades and scalenes.

One session moves from broad and calming to surgical and specific without ever switching tools or breaking rhythm. One instrument, the whole body.

[ 05 ] THE SILK

The secret is in the silk.

Everything starts with one piece of equipment: the SARGA silk anchored to the table. I wrap myself into it and let it take part of my weight, which supports me enough to create steady tension through the fabric while applying slow, controlled pressure through my feet.

That's the secret. The silk doesn't just hold me up, it multiplies me. Anchored to it, I can pour more than my own bodyweight into a single point, transition to feather-light, and precisely control to any pressure in between. I stay sharp for the whole session instead of burning out halfway.

More control, more consistency, and almost no fatigue. It's the core of the patented Sarga Bodywork® system, and the reason barefoot done this way reaches what hands can't.

[06] - FASCIAL TRACTION

Traction, not just pressure.

I work with minimal oil. A high-tack cream lets my foot grip your muscle tissue instead of gliding across it, and that grip is what makes fascial traction possible.

Not pressure driven straight down toward your bone, but a slow, deliberate pull through the deep fascial layers where your tension is building up and getting stuck.

This also controls the speed of our techniques. Our nervous system prefers slower, sustained contact. Mechanoreceptors in our fascia communicate to the nervous system to release its protective guarding.

That's when the body stops bracing and can release tension.

[ 07 ] WHY IT LASTS

Works with fascia and the nervous system, not just muscle.

Sustained pressure and slow movement change how the nervous system regulates muscle tone and pain. Myofascial techniques send a stream of sensory input that helps the brain turn down guarding and tension.

[ 08 ] WHY IT FEELS GOOD

Deep work that doesn't hurt.

Here's what nobody expects: how it feels so damn good. The broad, padded surface of our foot spreads the pressure evenly, so it sinks in deep without the sharp, bracing pain of an elbow or a tool.

You get deeper work without ever holding your breath. Most people walk in braced for it and drift off halfway through, not because it's gentle, but because deep, steady pressure tells the body it's finally safe to let go.

(08) WHO’S IT FOR

Built for bodies that carry the most.

You spend your days taking care of everyone else, and you never get any relief. The tension stacks up for years, in the neck, the shoulders, the lower back, and the forearms that never get a break. You need someone who understands your pain and can actually reach it.
