A lot of the people on my table spend their days taking care of everyone else. Surgeons and dentists hunched over patients all day. Nurses on their feet through back-to-back twelve-hour shifts. People locked at a desk for ten hours, while trying to maintain an active lifestyle on the side.
None of that tension showed up overnight. It stacked up, year after year, in the neck, the shoulders, the lower back, the forearms that never get a break. A spa massage and some lavender won't touch it. It takes work that can actually reach it. That's what this is.
